NEED TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM?

You may wish to exchange your item within 14 days from the date you received your order. All returned merchandise must be in new/original condition with all tags and original packing attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

You may exchange by return mail or at our physical stores for your convenience.

NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?

To return, please email us stating the reason for your request. We will process your request accordingly. Please include your order number in your email.

Please note: All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.

Upon dispute, we reserve all the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.

Please note there will not be any cash/credit cards refunds for all returned goods.
