Return & Exchange Policy

For all in-store or online orders, you can do the return and exchange easily (1) at any of our stores instantly or (2) by return mail to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase or order delivery.

All merchandise must be in new/original condition with all tags and original packing to qualify for an exchange. All sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

RECOIL's management reserves the rights to make the final decision on all return and exchange requests.

(1) To exchange at any of RECOIL stores (This is the easiest and affordable way to exchange):
- To exchange your order, please bring along your item in the original condition/packaging with the original receipt to any of our stores in Singapore.
- Our staffs will assist you with the exchange on the spot and address any concern you have about the item. Please share your feedback and we will improve our items or service. 

(2) To exchange by return mail to our warehouse (This is the most fuss-free way to return without leaving the house): 
- To exchange your order or item, please contact us at with your order number, the reason for the request and a photo of the original product (so that we can verify the item is in the original condition/packaging eligible for the exchange).
- Please write in with the Email subject - Exchange Request: Order Number XXX
- Please allow us 3 - 7 working days to assist you with the exchange request.

Please note that the shipping fees (for the exchange) and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us.

It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will process an exchange within 7 working days. You will be notified via email. We reserve the right to reject any item(s) that does not meet the terms of our exchange policy, and the rejected item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense.

There will not be any cash/credit cards refunds for all exchange goods.
