Q. HOW DO I ENTER THE DISCOUNT CODE?

A. After checkout apply 'Discount Code’ at the discount code box before making the payment.

Q. WHAT ARE THE MODES OF PAYMENT ORDERING ONLINE?

A. Currently we only accept payments made via PayPal, Masters and Visa. Do also note that we do not accept payments made via Bank Deposit or Cash on Delivery. If you do not have a Paypal account, simply click “Check out without a Paypal Account” and simply key in your card details on that page and you can make your payment successfully!

Q. CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER CONFIRMING IT?

A. All orders after confirmation will not be refundable. Do contact us if you wish to change the size or design, if the parcel is still within our compound we will try our best to do the exchange. However, if you do wish to make a exchange after receiving the item, please refer to our Return Policy page.

Q. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET?

A. Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive.

You’ll be able to follow your order if it’s been sent with a traceable service. To check this, all you need to do is log into ‘My Account’ and view your order. If the status shows ‘Track This Order’, just click the link and you’ll be able to follow your parcel.
